APICS Supply Chain Council (APICS SCC)

The APICS Supply Chain Council (APICS SCC) promotes the global dissemination and development of the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model. In 2014, the Supply Chain Council merged with APICS under the new name of APICS Supply Chain Council. It has members all over the world, most of which are practitioners representing every area of industry.

Association for Services Management International (AFSMI)

The Association for Services Management International (AFSMI) is a global trade association for executives in the high-tech services industry. Members are entrepreneurs who have undertaken to provide top quality and performance in the service business. In October 2009, the AFSMI joined with the SSPA (Service & Support Professionals Association) and TPSA (Technology Professional Service Association) to form the TSIA (Technology Services Industry Association), one of the world's foremost association structures for the service industry. With chapters in nine European countries, the AFSMI assists its thousands of members in sharing experience and expertise, establishing new business relationships, providing ongoing training to managers and helping the services sector to continue developing – a major factor for competitiveness. The AFSMI is represented in Germany by AFSMI-German Chapter e.V.

Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberater (BDU)

Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberater BDU e.V., the federal association of German management consultants, is the commercial and professional association of corporate consultants focusing on strategy, organization, IT and HR. PROTEMA joined this association to play an active role in the network, work together on key issues, improve its specialist knowledge and help to shape the direction of the consulting industry.

Bundesverband Materialwirtschaft, Einkauf und Logistik e.V. (BME)

Bundesverband Materialwirtschaft, Einkauf und Logistik (BME) is a German association for supply chain management, procurement and logistics. The association currently provides services to approximately 6,000 members (both businesses and individuals). The BME is open to all sectors and types of company, including industry and commerce, banking and insurance, public-sector bodies, utility companies and logistics service providers.

Bundesvereinigung für Logistik (BVL)

The Bundesvereinigung Logistik, or German Federal Logistics Association, is an independent platform for logistics managers, with roughly 6,900 members from management in industry, retail, services and research. It offers ideas and suggestions for multi-sector and forward-looking logistical strategies to ensure competitiveness for companies in Germany and abroad.

Deutsche MTM-Vereinigung e.V.

MTM is the abbreviation for methods-time measurement. Methods-time means that the time needed to carry out a particular task depends on the method chosen to complete that task. The primary tasks performed by Deutsche MTM-Vereinigung e.V. include disseminating information about MTM, supporting correct and standardized application and promoting research and development.

Intralogistik-Netzwerk Baden-Württemberg

Intralogistik-Netzwerk Baden-Württemberg e.V., an intralogistics network for the German state of Baden-Württemberg, is an association of technology providers, planners and consultants, users, researchers and university lecturers. The association's objective is to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and technology both within and between disciplines, to advance science and research in intralogistics and to expand training in the industry.

Gesellschaft für Datenschutz und Datensicherheit e.V. (GDD)

Gesellschaft für Datenschutz und Datensicherheit e.V. (GDD) advocates reasonable, justifiable and technically feasible data protection, supports data protection officers and organizations that process data and promotes self-monitoring and self-regulation.

Gesellschaft für Produktionsmanagement e.V. (GfPM)

Gesellschaft für Produktionsmanagement (GfPM e.V.) is a non-profit society for production management registered as a professional association and based in Stuttgart. It has tasked itself with promoting scientific research and development in the field of production management, giving particular attention to industry, commerce and services. For this reason, GfPM is working to increase the amount of knowledge and experience of managers and experts shared between production and logistics companies.

Initiative Ludwig-Erhard-Preis

Initiative Ludwig-Erhard-Preis is an association run by corporate members. Any organization dedicated to the pursuit of excellence can become a member – including PROTEMA. The prize is awarded to promote and encourage the dissemination of a philosophy of excellence. The goal is therefore to encourage exceptional performance in German business and to motivate organizations in Germany to employ holistic management systems. The awards are presented to businesses that have done an outstanding job of putting such approaches into practice.

TOTAL E-QUALITY Deutschland e.V.

The goal pursued by the TOTAL E-QUALITY Deutschland e.V. initiative is to establish equal opportunities and make them an integral, lasting part of society. That goal will have been achieved when the talent, potential and skills of both genders are granted equal recognition, inclusion and support. It is a case of personnel management that focuses partly on gender but also increasingly on widely varying life events on the part of those involved. Since 1997, the society has presented annual awards to organizations in business, academia and administration, as well as to associations, that demonstrate particular commitment to equal opportunities in the workplace.

VDI Verein Deutscher Ingenieure e.V.

Verein Deutscher Ingenieure (VDI) is a non-profit association of engineers and natural scientists in Germany that has been working for 160 years to provide important support for new technologies and technical solutions to enhance quality of life, protect the environment and boost prosperity. With a membership of approximately 155,000, it is the largest technical and scientific association in Germany.

Wirtschaftsrat der CDU e.V.

Wirtschaftsrat der CDU e.V., the Economic Council of the CDU political party, is a professional association representing the interests of business in dealings with government, administration and the public. The Economic Council offers its 12,000 members a platform for helping to shape business and social policy in the context of the social market economy. The Economic Council engages in discussions with people in positions of responsibility in parliaments and governments and lobbies for political decisions.

Bosch Software Innovations

PROTEMA has been cooperating with Bosch Software Innovations, the software and systems arm of the Bosch Group, and its inubit software since 2013. Bosch Software Innovations develops solutions for the internet of things and services, based on the modular Bosch Software Suite. This software suite, with its special, targeted BPM+ and IoTS editions as well as flexible stand-alone products, makes an ideal basis both for projects relating to the internet of things and services and for enterprise applications implemented with business process management (BPM) and business rules management (BRM).

CS-Result GmbH (nemo2 moderation tool)

PROTEMA has been a sales partner of CS-Result GmbH and its nemo² moderation tool since June 2009. With this cooperation, PROTEMA has found a new way to add to its range of services relating to software applications. The innovative tool from CS-Result opens up a new approach to moderation, known as e-moderation, in which computers take the place of paper. This makes it possible to work in parallel with moderation modules such as brainstorming, clustering and voting. The possibility of working across multiple locations and time zones while including more than 100 participants saves an enormous amount of time. PROTEMA has trained and certified nemo² moderators who provide professional assistance and supervision for our customers during their projects, as well as giving them excellent support afterwards. QPR Software Plc.

The PROTEMA Group has been cooperating with Finnish software developer QPR Software and implementing successful projects since 2007. QPR Software is a leading software developer in business process management and the balanced scorecard and has more than 25 years of experience in tool-based management. Its BSCOL-certified software has sold more than a million units around the world and is used by roughly 2,000 customers.

Universities and Research

Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University

PROTEMA has been working closely with Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) for a long time. As well as training DHBW students in industrial service management, business studies for service management including consulting and services, business studies for industry including Industry 4.0 and business IT, our consultants give lectures there in business process management, creativity and innovation, negotiation and project management.

Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Science

At Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Science (HfWU), students of the master's course in process management learn basic methodological proficiency in business process management and fundamental skills in documenting, analyzing and optimizing business processes, as well as how to apply their expert knowledge in a range of fields. We provide support with a variety of teaching units. 

IHK Region Stuttgart

For several years now, in collaboration with IHK Stuttgart, our local chamber of industry and commerce, we have been offering apprenticeships in office management and system integration. We also provide lectures in various courses and topics at GARP Bildungszentrum für die IHK Region Stuttgart e.V. These include the course in logistics management, dealing with project management and presentation, and the course in personnel management involving presentation, moderation and time management.
