The main focus is the adaption of the materials to the back going production numbers. Another focus is the after sales management. The main objectives of the phase-out management are to ensure the logistics and to reduce the stock.
The Tool management goes along with the phase in management. The goals are to obtain tools, to organize producibility analysis, develop calculations and specifications for the tools and to show improvement and optimize potentials.
The prototyping planning and processing has to arrange and implement all process in case of the samples and prototyping. The samples and prototypes have to be assigned, disposed, produced, delivered and deducted.
