Azerbaijan a transition economy in the Caucasus region with an impressive rate of economic growth in the last years offers a lot of opportunities for international cooperation.
The capital of Azerbaijan, Baku was the place where PROTEMA hold a three day workshop from 26th till 28th October with the Intersun Group, the market leader in the food industry around this area. PROTEMA was assigned to give some information and directions in the business process management strategy.
Michael Mezger, Dr. Jörg Pirron and Wilfried Gross explicated and discussed with more than 30 selected top managers and leaders of the Intersun Group the possibilities of a business re-engineering programm.
Two directions were presented and partly delved in certain subjects. The Business Process Management as a top down strategy and Lean Manufacturing as a bottom up approach should be integrated in a holistic strategy.
Profitability, growth and the excellent position of the Intersun Group in the market could be designed and secured for the upcoming future with the implementation of these two approaches.
Presentations, discussions and workshops were changing due to the customer’s interest. Summing up, the workshop produced a lot of interesting discussions and ideas for the Intersun Group. Further steps and activities are considered.
What exactly is success? For the Bosch und Siemens Hausgeräte Group (BSH) success means quality, innovation and customer satisfaction. We would like to introduce you PROTEMA's contribution to BSH's success. You might find it a contemporary issue.
